My name is Sarah and I am the co-owner of a handbag company Bags Couture. My colleague Nasimba and I own the business and to set the scene for you, she sources the bags and I am the Sales Director! We have been in business for one year and thankfully we are going from strength the strength.
We both have backgrounds in fashion. I worked in management for a bag company while I put myself through college. Nasimba got a job at Vogue Magazine after she graduated from college. We both share the same passion for handbags always wanted to own our own business.
We love selling bags, any woman can throw a bag over her shoulder, look in a mirror, and fall in love!
Starting this business can be the most rewarding thing we have ever done. Seeing the beautiful designer bags arriving with us each week and watching our happy customers getting a amazing bag at a great price is just super! We don't think of what we do as work; it's fun!
